| How to get an admission |
|
| |
Application for admission should be made in the prescribed form available along with the
prospectus from the office. |
| |
Application form should be filled in your own handwriting in capital letters and sent along
with registration fee Rs. 100/- DD/MO in favour of Director CIMS and it can also be
submitted at the office. |
| |
Incomplete application and applications not accompanied by the prescribed registration fee
of Rs. 100/- will be rejected. |
| |
Admission notice will be sent to the selected candidates. Original certificates and memo cards
must be produced at the time of admission. |
| |
After completion of the above procedures students will be informed about the opening date.
Students should compulsorily report on the opening date. |
| |
Fees should be paid only at the office Cash Counter. The management will not be responsible
for any illegal payment. |
| |
Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. |
| |
If the presence of any student is found detrimental to the proper functioning of the institute,
he / she will be dismissed and the fee paid by him / her will be forfeited. |
| |
The management reserves the right to revise the syllabus and the timings of the course or
duration if found necessary, and also fees and other charges. |
| |
Matters not covered by the existing rules will rest at the absolute decision of the management. |

| Points to Remember |
|
| All students must come in uniform on prescribed days. |
| Well polished shoes and black socks. |
| Shirt will have to be inserted. |
| Tie will have to be worn on all days. |
| Dresses should be ironed properly. |
| Hair should be cut short and face should be shaved neatly on every day. |
| Casuals like Jeans, T Shirts, Middy & Top etc. are not allowed inside the class. |

| The Classes |
|
| The classes will be held as per the timing and batches declared by the management. Students
have to attend all the classes regularly. Punctuality with discipline is strictly followed by the
institute. Irregular absentism should be clarified, and the students should submit leave letter
authorized by their parent / guardian before attending the next class. Students have to
complete and submit all assignment given to them in time. |

|
| Examination |
|
| The students will be intimated in advance about date & timing of every examination. Regular
class test and other examinations will be conducted by the institute, to evaluate the periodic
performance of the student. Examination fee for each semester (first & final) fees of Rs. 100/
- each will be charged at the time of the first examination day. The final examinations can
be written only after completion of first semester examination. |
